Event Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your Wedding, Your Memories

We take great care in crafting a personalized photography experience for your wedding day. To secure your date, a 50% retainer is required. This retainer guarantees your date on our calendar and covers planning, consultations, and preparation.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Should you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 months in advance of your original wedding date. Your retainer can be applied toward a future date once, with additional adjustments as needed for staffing or travel.

Weather & Unforeseen Events

Your safety and the quality of your event are our top priorities. In the event of severe weather, hurricanes, or other acts of God, we will:

Provide coverage whenever possible, or

Arrange a trusted backup photographer to capture your day with the same attention to detail and style.

Photographer Unavailability

On the rare occasion that the Photographer cannot attend due to illness or emergency, our liability is strictly limited to a full refund of any payments made. Every effort will be made to provide a professional backup to ensure your wedding is fully documented.

Limitation of Liability

By booking with us, you acknowledge that the Photographer’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid. While we take every measure to protect your memories, we cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather or unforeseen events.
