In case of camera failure, weather, or any act of God that prohibits TAKE AND CREATE, LLC from shooting on a scheduled date the client will get a full refund and of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if client fail to attend activity on the day and at the time listed, when reservation was made.
